The 60,000 square foot concrete tilt up warehouse facility was designed to assure the utmost safety required for storage of all types of fine art. To properly accommodate various types and sizes of delicate objects, separate storage areas for paintings and drawings, small and mid-size sculpture, and large scale works have been constructed. Flat files accommodate print and drawing storage. A UL-approved fire and security system, video surveillance, and gated access provide maximum security.

Short and long term art storage is available in either a climate (temperature and humidity) controlled environment monitored with data loggers, or in a non-climate controlled environment.

A computerized inventory is kept for all storage accounts. Insurance is available for transportation or storage.

Clients have access to private conference rooms, an 800 square foot gallery with 20 foot walls for viewing or photography, and a work area for conservation.
